Terms and Conditions
✔️ The landlord must be new to Cotton Estates and must not have rented a property through us before.
✔️ The tenancy must be a new tenancy agreement, not a renewal or extension of an existing contract.
✔️ The referral fee applies only to the first property let through Cotton Estates for that landlord. Further properties or tenancy renewals do not qualify for additional referral rewards.
✔️ The referrer must have obtained consent from the landlord before submitting their details. By making a referral, you confirm the landlord is aware and expecting contact from Cotton Estates.
✔️ If a referral is made without the landlord’s consent, the referrer accepts liability for any resulting losses or disputes.
