No Guaranteed Rent: Unlike our Guaranteed Rent scheme, this service does not offer rental guarantees. Income relies on bookings generated. However, opting for self-setup could potentially lead to higher profits for landlords due to lower upfront costs and greater control over styling—though it may be significantly more time-consuming.
